Ten per cent increase for Globus DIY stores

The DIY stores belonging to the German group Globus increased their sales in fiscal 2014/15 (1 July 2014 to 30 June 2015) by 10.3 per cent compared with the previous year to € 1.54 bn. Overall the Globus retail group increased sales by € 106 mio or roughly 1.5 per cent to € 6.98 bn.
Globus’s DIY division operates 85 stores in Germany, four in the Czech Republic (plus 20 DIY departments in Globus hypermarkets) and two outlets in Luxembourg.
