The 18th edition of Bricoday took place from 23 to 24 September 2026 at Fiera Milano Rho, covering 25,000 m² of exhibition space and featuring 460 exhibitors – 20 per cent of whom were from abroad, particularly from France, Spain and Eastern Europe – showcasing innovations in the DIY, home, technology and gardening sectors. According to the organisers, this built on the success of the record-breaking 2025 edition (25,000 m² of exhibition space, 10,000 visitors) and marks the start of a new phase of development and international expansion.

This is also reflected in the event’s official recognition as an international trade fair – a distinction that highlights the event’s growing appeal in international markets. The international dimension was also evident among buyers, with Europe representing the most significant region of origin. On the exhibitor side, more than 100 companies took part in Bricoday for the first time.

The new structure of the exhibition, divided into three macro-sectors — Home, DIY/Technology and Garden — will be further consolidated in future, according to the organisers. It was developed to make the visitor experience clearer and more functional. The offering is complemented by the two themed sections: Bricoday Digital, dedicated to the digitalisation of the retail sector, and Bricoday Luce, focusing on the world of lighting.

Under the slogan “Connect. Trade. Grow.” the conference programme offered a comprehensive overview of the DIY, home improvement and garden sectors: data, trends, consumer behaviour, sales strategies, corporate case studies and first-hand accounts from market participants took turns on stage, facilitating an open exchange on market developments and consumer behaviour, the transformation of the technical retail sector, and the growing importance of data, AI and digital tools in sales and management processes.

The organisers emphasise that, building on the success of this edition, Bricoday is preparing to continue its growth trajectory and further expand its international reach. The next event will take place on 22 and 23 September 2027 at Fiera Milano Rho.
