Toolstation grows in its home market

The British chain Toolstation closed the first quarter of 2026 in its home market with a 3.2 per cent increase in turnover. On a like-for-like basis, turnover rose by 2.6 per cent. In the Benelux region, however, the retail chain saw a 7.0 per cent decline compared with the same period last year; on a like-for-like basis, the decline was 7.1 per cent.

Toolstation is part of the building materials retailer Travis Perkins. In addition to building materials, the chain primarily offers tools and accessories. It targets professional customers, but also serves DIY enthusiasts.
