The Bricoday trade fair can look back on a record edition: double-digit growth in exhibitors and visitors, as well as great interest in the extensive programme of events, confirmed its role in the international trade fair scene for the DIY, home and garden industry, according to a press release from the organisers. The event took place for the first time on 24 and 25 September 2025 at Fiera Milano Rho, Italy's largest exhibition centre. The next edition will also be held there in September 2026.

The number of exhibitors rose from 412 in 2024 to 493 in 2025 (+20 per cent), with many companies investing in larger and more sophisticated stands – both leading brands in their respective industries and renowned newcomers in each category were represented, the organisers confirm. The fair also grew in terms of visitor numbers: 10,350 visitors over two days (+15 per cent compared to 2024), including a significant proportion of decision-makers and dozens of international buyers.

According to those responsible, the new division of the trade fair into three macro areas – Home, DIY/Technical and Garden – was well received. The organisers also report positive feedback on the two themed halls: Bricoday Digital Village, dedicated to the digitalisation of retail, and Bricoday Luce, which focuses on lighting.

The conference programme was also well attended. It offered 27 presentations on three topics – figures and trends in the Brico Home Garden market, integration between brick-and-mortar and online retail, and workshops with case studies on new technologies.

The official announcement of the dates and halls for the 18th edition of Bricoday is expected shortly.
