From decorative and upholstery fabrics to wallpaper, sun protection, floor coverings and carpets to mattresses, bed linen and table linen – the Heimtextil trade fair, taking place at Messe Frankfurt from 13 to 16 January 2026, brings together a wide range of products for holistic interior design. Non-textile floor coverings will celebrate their premiere next year. Strong brands and up-and-coming newcomers have already announced their participation, emphasise the organisers, revealing in advance that products with functional benefits and modern designs are in demand.

A new hall layout is designed to create synergies for an efficient trade fair visit. Hall 3.0 brings together interior design concepts with wallpaper, carpets, curtains, and privacy and sun protection. Decoteam, a community of interest for German home textile suppliers, and its members want to showcase holistic, inspiring interior design concepts with joint brand offerings. In addition, the new installation by Patricia Urquiola brings integrated interior design to life. International exhibitors will present furniture and decorative fabrics in Halls 3.1 and 4.1. Halls 11.0, 11.1 and 12.0 are dedicated to hand- and machine-woven carpets, unique pieces and doormats.
