As a manufacturer of underlay, Selit Dämmtechnik GmbH produces its products in Germany. Selitherm solutions for retrofitting roller shutter box insulation are manufactured at the NMC plant in Ettringen, whilst acoustic panels and accessories from Selitstyle are produced in Eynatten (Belgium). “An example of efficient and synergistic collaboration within Europe,” the manufacturer is convinced. With a consistently structured range, Selit provides guidance and certainty when selecting products. The product brands for underlays – Selitac and Selitbloc – are clearly categorised by floor covering type, subfloor conditions and performance levels, thereby enabling quick, targeted decision-making. Different quality levels – ranging from basic solutions through higher-performance variants to products with a high proportion of recycled or bio-based materials – cover a wide range of requirements in the DIY sector.

This practical approach is also evident in the field of roller shutter box insulation: Under the Selitherm brand, well-designed systems enable the roller shutter box to be easily retrofitted to reduce heat loss, thereby helping to improve energy efficiency. Three different versions for the box and the cover, which Selit will launch in the second half of 2026, offer solutions for various installation scenarios and ensure straightforward installation.

The portfolio is complemented by a range of acoustic panels and accessories under the Selitstyle brand, which combines functionality with design. It comprises PET acoustic panels in four finishes, which, thanks to their flexibility, can be adapted to different room conditions in terms of both height and width. In combination with the new matching moulded components, these enable customised design solutions such as waves, recesses or the harmonious integration of design boards. The range also includes a folding panel for easier transport and handling, a freely positionable Acoustic Wall, as well as mouldings and profiles for additional design options and lighting solutions.
