Bauhaus opens in Östersund

Bauhaus is investing in the expansion of its network of stores in Sweden and is today opening a specialist centre in Östersund, in the province of Jämtland in central Sweden. This brings the Mannheim-based company’s total number of stores in Sweden to 25. The new store covers around 11,000 m². Bauhaus emphasises that private and commercial customers can expect a specialist range of more than 30,000 products in-store, as well as a comprehensive range of services.

The new store, which employs more than 40 staff, is situated in the immediate vicinity of the Lillänge shopping area. Among the site’s special features is a dedicated sauna section, where customers can find products for building saunas – ranging from panelling and benches to doors, lighting and sauna stoves.
