X Tool comes to Europe

X Tool is set to open a European headquarters near Düsseldorf in September 2026. The provider of laser equipment for metalworking emphasises that this move is intended to bring development and support closer to customers and partners across Europe. The number of showrooms has risen from more than 300 in November 2025 to over 750 locations in June 2026, spread across more than 15 countries. This network is complemented by local teams, service centres and customer support in the respective national languages.

At a European Brand Conference in Berlin, the manufacturer presented its long-term growth strategy for Europe and emphasised the importance of the European market for the company.

Founder and CEO Jasen Wang outlined his vision of a connected creative ecosystem in which hardware, software and AI-powered applications are designed to support the entire creative process – from the initial idea to the finished product – making it simpler, faster and more accessible. X Tool brings together technologies such as laser engraving, UV printing, thermal transfer and relief printing within this ecosystem. This enables creative professionals to work with materials such as wood, leather, metal, acrylic, glass or fabric.
