Dresselhaus, a German supplier of fastenings and fittings, is insolvent once again. Insolvency proceedings have been filed. The company had already initiated insolvency proceedings last year, which were subsequently lifted at the beginning of February. One reason for the lifting was the takeover by the Dutch investment firm Torqx Capital Partners, which also owns the Dutch fastening specialist Fabory; restructuring measures had been initiated.
