Sven Girmendonk (48) is to become the new Chief Sales Officer of the Dehner Group. He will take up the post on 1 April 2026 and will assume responsibility for sales, logistics, real estate and Degro within the management board of Dehner Holding GmbH & Co. KG. Girmendonk succeeds Frank Böing, who, after more than eight years on the Dehner management board, is leaving the company on 30 June 2026 to be Chairman of the Board for WM SE, as stated in a press release. Prior to joining Dehner, Böing had worked at Fressnapf and Obi. At the WM Group, Böing succeeds Frank Schröder, who led the company for more than 25 years. He will remain in an advisory role for WM SE until the end of 2026.
