Gardena ended 2025 with a 6 per cent decline in sales to SEK 11.493 bn (EUR 1.038 bn). This was announced by the parent company Husqvarna in its annual report. Exchange rate fluctuations had a negative impact of 3 per cent, organic sales declined by 3 per cent. The slump was mainly due to electrical appliances and lower sales of watering products in North America. In Europe, however, the Gardena Division, which encompasses Husqvarna's consumer business, recorded growth in watering products.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, sales fell by 22 per cent to SEK 981 mio (EUR 92.752 mio). Organic sales declined by 10 per cent, with currency effects having a negative impact of 12 per cent. Here, too, the company attributes the decline to electric products and lower sales of watering products in North America, while sales of watering products in Europe increased.
