The Swedish Byggmax Group reports sales growth of 2.5 per cent for the 2025 financial year compared to the previous year. Total net sales amounted to SEK 6.133 bn (EUR 581 mio). The group reports like-for-like growth of 3.4 per cent. Currency effects had a negative impact of 1.1 per cent.

Byggmax thus saved the positive development of the first two quarters for the year as a whole. In the fourth quarter, the company recorded a decline of SEK 1.057 bn (EUR 100 mio) compared to the same period last year. There was also a decline of 0.8 per cent on a like-for-like basis.

Byggmax operates a network of 212 stores and seven showrooms, 145 of which are in Sweden, 58 in Norway, 11 in Finland and five in Denmark. The main sales brand is the discount-based Byggmax concept.
