The French franchise group Mr. Bricolage generated sales of EUR 2.3119 bn last year; this was 1.8 per cent less than in the previous year and 3.1 per cent less on a like-for-like basis. At the end of 2023, the Group had 979 stores, 59 more than a year earlier. There was another significant increase at the beginning of January 2024: 111 additional stores joined, bringing the total number to 1088.

In France, the 902 stores had a turnover of EUR 1.9623 bn at the end of the year, representing a decline of 2.9 per cent (like-for-like: -4.1 per cent). In contrast, the 77 stores abroad increased sales by 4.8 per cent to EUR 337.8 mio (like-for-like sales up 1.9 per cent). The e-commerce segment (excluding click & collect) grew by 18.9 per cent to EUR 11.7 mio.

The group comprises several sales divisions. At the end of the year, there were 331 stores under the Mr. Bricolage brand, 101 under Les Briconautes and 470 stores with their own presence. The 77 foreign stores under Mr. Bricolage are spread across eleven countries: Andorra (1), Belgium (44), Bulgaria (13), Cyprus (1), Ivory Coast (1), Gabon (2), Kosovo (1), Macedonia (1), Madagascar (1), Morocco (10) and Mauritius (2).
