Vice-president Rich Russo has announced a major change to this year's National Hardware Show in Las Vegas, which takes place this year from 8 to 10 May. "This year's show, our 73rd edition, begins a new era for the National Hardware Show." First there's a brand-new look, starting with the logo. According to the organiser, the new logo incorporates an abstract representation of a bolt, where everything around us is held together by this streamlined piece of hardware - illustrating how NHS is truly "the tool that powers your business."
The number of product categories has been increased to 17. These include a "Made in the USA" segment and another one for the "Smart Home". There are also more building materials than ever before, according to the management. Over 2 500 exhibitors are expected to be in attendance.
In addition to that, three completely new show features will focus on the trends smart home, garden and tiny home building.

A bolt is the basic visual concept of the new logo.

Over 2 500 exhibitors are expected to be in attendance at National Hardware Show 2018.
