Kesko’s building and technical trade arm grew by 2.2 per cent in 2016

The building and technical trade division of the Finnish Kesko Group recorded sales of € 4.2086 bn last year. Although this equated to an overall increase of 26.6 per cent, sales on a comparable base and in local currencies only grew by 2.2 per cent. With a comparable change of 3.9 per cent, the group's foreign operations fared better than the company's Finnish business (+0.7 per cent). In December, the sales of the building and home improvement trade decreased by 0.7 per cent in local currencies.
