After introducing brands under Chinese lifestyle retailing company KK Group to its home country of Malaysia and also Thailand, Mr. DIY, the Asian home goods giant with operations in 14 other countries globally, is now bringing them to Indonesia.
Mr. DIY Indonesia recently disclosed that its parent company, listed firm PT Daya Intiguna Yasa Tbk, entered a partnership deal with the KK Group to open lifestyle retail concepts that reinforces its commitment to deliver value to the Indonesian market.
Under the deal, Mr. DIY Indonesia will hold a non-controlling interest in the company that will handle the operations of KK Group’s three brands in Indonesia – X11, KKV, and The Colorist.
X11 sells pop-culture toys and collectibles. KKV is a lifestyle brand that sells cosmetics and skincare, snacks and drinks, lifestyle and home products, and collectibles to the Gen Z market. The curated lifestyle…
