The Home Depot, the world’s largest DIY retailer, achieved revenue of USD 41.8 bn (EUR 36.034 bn) in the first quarter of the 2026 financial year, representing an increase of USD 1.9 bn, or 4.8 per cent, compared with the first quarter of the previous year. Like-for-like sales rose by 0.6 per cent in the first quarter of the 2026 financial year, and by 0.4 per cent in the US. Net profit for the first quarter of the 2026 financial year was USD 3.3 bn (EUR 2.8 bn), compared with a net profit of USD 3.4 bn in the same period of the 2025 financial year.

"Our first-quarter results were in line with our expectations. Underlying demand in our business was relatively similar to that seen throughout the 2025 financial year, despite greater consumer uncertainty and pressure regarding housing affordability," said Ted Decker, Chairman, President and CEO.
