Hornbach DIY stores up 4.0 per cent across Europe

The Hornbach Group achieved a 3.8 per cent increase to EUR 6.434 bn in the past financial year, as the group announced at its annual press conference today. Net sales at the DIY stores across Europe even rose by a higher rate of 4.0 per cent to EUR 6.082 bn in the period from 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2026. In Germany, DIY stores grew by 2.3 per cent to EUR 2.849 bn, and in the rest of Europe by 5.5 per cent to EUR 3.233 bn.

For the current 2026/27 financial year, Hornbach expects net sales to be at or slightly above the level of the previous financial year. "We are looking forward with confidence to the current 2026/27 financial year, even though the market environment remains challenging.
