To mark World Water Day on 22 March 2026, Gardena and Unicef announced the continuation of their global partnership. Since the partnership began in 2018, Gardena’s support has helped Unicef to advance global access to clean water and sanitation services for children and families in affected communities, according to a press release. Building on this progress, the collaboration will continue in 2026 with a shared commitment to sustainable change. By the end of 2026, the partnership aims to help provide access to clean water for 355,000 children and families in regions of high need.

The “Growing Futures, one drop at a time” campaign will run throughout 2026 and aims to raise awareness of water scarcity, highlighting water as one of our planet’s most valuable and essential resources. This year, the partnership is expected to provide access to clean and safe water for thousands more children and families in regions of high need.
