Erich Harsch succeeds Albrecht Hornbach as CEO

Erich Harsch (64) is to succeed Albrecht Hornbach (71) as head of the German Hornbach Management AG. In addition to this new role as CEO, Harsch will retain his position as Chairman of the Executive Board of Hornbach Baumarkt AG. Furthermore, the Supervisory Board has appointed Jan Hornbach (43) and Nils Hornbach (37) to the Executive Board of Hornbach Management AG. The two nephews of Albrecht Hornbach have been members of the Executive Board of Hornbach Baumarkt AG since 1 June 2023, and they will continue to hold this position. The change will take effect on 1 November 2026.

Hornbach Management AG is the general partner of the listed Hornbach Holding AG & Co. KGaA; it manages the affairs of the limited partnership with share capital. The holding company is the parent company of Hornbach Baumarkt AG and Hornbach Baustoff Union GmbH, as well as other companies.
