Ace Hardware reports increase in sales

Ace Hardware has reported full year results for 2025. Revenues were USD 10.0 bn (EUR 8.73 bn), an increase of USD 552.2 mio (EUR 481,85 mio), or 5.8 percent, from 2024 revenue (an increase of USD 432.8 mio (EUR 377,66 mio) or 4.6 percent excluding the 53rd week). Net income was USD 293.4 mio (EUR 256,10 mio) for fiscal 2025, a decrease of USD 20.7 mio (EUR 18,07 mio), from fiscal 2024. This decrease is the result of USD 20.6 mio (EUR 17,98 mio) in non-recurring asset impairment and shut-down charges recognized in fiscal 2025 related to the company’s international operations.

Increases were seen across many departments with lawn and garden, impulse, fertilizer, grilling and power tools showing the largest gains.

Ace Hardware added 180 new domestic stores in fiscal 2025 and cancelled 74 stores. This brought the company’s total domestic store count to 5,250 at the end of fiscal 2025, an increase of 106 stores from the end of fiscal 2024.
