Home Depot closed the 2025/2026 financial year (ending 1 February 2026) with sales growth of 3.2 per cent compared to the previous year. The US DIY retailer, the largest in the world, generated sales of USD 164.683 bn (EUR 139.729 bn). However, on a like-for-like basis, its sales grew by only 0.3 per cent, and by 0.5 per cent in the US.
The figures had declined at the end of the year. In the third quarter, i.e. from November 2025 to January 2026, net sales fell by 3.8 per cent year-on-year to USD 38.198 bn (EUR 32.410 bn). However, this was also due to a calendar effect: the quarter had 13 weeks, one week less than in the 2024/2025 financial year. On a like-for-like basis, there was an increase of 0.4 per cent, and in the US of 0.3 per cent.
