Registrations for ICGA Congress are now open

The Association of German Garden Centres (Verband Deutscher Garten-Center, VDG) has launched the website for the IGCA Congress 2026 in Germany. Registration is now open for the international industry gathering, which will take place in Munich from 16 to 22 August 2026.

Garden centres that are members of an association affiliated with the International Garden Centre Association (IGCA) are eligible to participate. According to a press release, the five-day congress will feature specialist presentations, insights from business and industry, new business opportunities, and cultural and social highlights. The aim of the congress is to promote international exchange within the industry, provide inspiration and develop shared perspectives.

Before the official start of the congress, there will be a pre-tour offering insights into some of Germany's most beautiful regions: the tour starts on 13 August 2026 in Frankfurt am Main and ends on 15 August 2026 in Ulm. The programme includes stops in Rüdesheim am Rhein, Heidelberg and Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Places on the pre-tour are limited and reserved exclusively for participants of the subsequent IGCA Congress.
