Lena Steiner (39) is the new Country Manager of Obi Switzerland. She will take over the management of the Swiss national organisation on 1 October 2025 and will report to Mike Sgundek, Managing Director of Obi Austria and Switzerland. Her predecessor, Felix Jostarndt, left the company on 31 July.

Lena Steiner is a native of Switzerland and brings with her extensive experience in transformation processes, digital innovation and organisational development, according to a press release. Most recently, she was CEO of the catering service provider Saviva AG, which has more than 500 employees. Prior to that, Lena Steiner gained experience in various roles at the Migros cooperative group, but did not work for the DIY subsidiary Do it + Garden, which was discontinued this year.
