Strategy and IR Senior Vice President Gonn Weide leaves Obi

Obi board member Dr Gonn Weide has left the German DIY retail group by mutual agreement. The company has confirmed this in a press release. Weide had been Senior Vice President for Strategy and Investor Relations as well as ESG since March 2023. His responsibilities have been taken over by Dr. Thorsten Seehawer. Gonn Weide previously headed Obi's purchasing department, among other things. He worked for the DIY store group for a total of ten years.
