Adeo sells Zôdio distribution line to Alinea furniture chain

The French Adeo Group is selling its Zôdio sales line to Alinea, a chain specialising in furniture and interior decoration "with a Mediterranean accent", as it describes itself. Like Adeo, it belongs to the Mulliez family empire and currently has 16 stores. The sales brand Zôdio, which was launched 15 years ago and currently has 21 branches in France, will be merged into Alinea. According to a statement by Adeo, the aim is to quickly become a leading player in the furniture and decoration sector in France. The majority of jobs in the stores will be retained.
