Wickes revenue in first half year 2022 grew by 1.3 per cent

Wickes has reported a revenue growth of 1.3 per cent to GBP 822.3 mio (approx. EUR 945.7 mio.) for its first half year of 2022. As previously reported (link), the core like for like sales for the second quarter of 2022 were down by -0.2 per cent. According to the company, Wickes has won further market share gains in core and a strong recovery in delivered DIFM sales. Like for like sales were up 0.8 per cent, and 23.4 per cent on a three-year basis. The adjusted profit before tax amounted to GDP 45.6 mio (approx. EUR 52.4 mio).
