The Tag des Gartens has been axed

The Tag des Gartens will not take place this year. After three events, Koelnmesse is dumping this consumer garden fair which usually took place on the Saturday before the trade fair and the Sunday, the first day of the Spoga+Gafa trade fair. According to Katharina C. Hamma, Chief Operating Officer of Koelnmesse, the response from consumers was good, however the event was not so well received by the exhibitors. "Financially, the Tag des Gartens was not a success for the Koelnmesse," concluded Hamma at a press conference on Spoga+Gafa.
