Lowe’s reports an increase of ten per cent for 2016/17

Lowe's has reported sales growth of 10.1 per cent to USD 65.017 bn for fiscal 2016/17 (ended 3 February 2017). Comparable sales increased by 4.2 per cent, while comparable sales for the U. S. business increased by 4.1 per cent. Net earnings improved by 4.76 per cent.
The number two in the American and global DIY trade, Lowe's experienced particularly strong sales growth in the fourth quarter. During this period sales rose by 19.2 per cent to USD 15.784 bn. Comparable sales increased by 5.1 per cent.
