Nürnbergmesse China will be organising the GaLaBau trade show Greenery & Landscaping China in future. The event will debut under this name in Shanghai from 7 to 9 June 2017. It has existed since 2003 under the name Shanghai International Garden and Landscape Design & City Construction Expo, having been originally established by the Shanghai Landscape Architecture and Gardening Trade Association (SLAGTA).
Nürnbergmesse China is the Chinese subsidiary of the German trade fair organiser, which is responsible for the GaLaBau show held every two years in Nuremberg, and the Chinese offshoot will now develop the show further in conjunction with SLAGTA. 200 international exhibitors and 8 000 trade visitors are expected at the show. The visitors are primarily decision makers from China, who design, build and maintain gardens, parks, outdoor spaces, sports facilities, play areas and golf courses.
