In future Lotta Lyrå will be at the head of the Swedish trading company Clas Ohlson. On 16 June 2017 she will take on the position of President and CEO as successor to Klas Balkow. Lotta Lyrå (born 1975) comes from Ikea where, as Head of Development and Expansion, she is a member of the group management team. She has previously held several leadership positions, for example in the field of strategy development and digital transformation. She has also worked for Södra Skogsägarna and McKinsey.
At the end of the year the current CEO Klas Balkow is leaving the trading company, which has also been represented in Germany since this year. As previously announced, Peter Jelkeby will be leading the company as acting CEO in the transitional phase.
