Lagerhaus records significant increase in DIY and garden stores in 2015

The RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria regards the development of its affiliate Lagerhaus Genossenschaften, in the DIY and garden centre business sectors last year as "extremely positive". The sales revenue in this area rose by 3.4 per cent to € 607 mio in 2015. With regard to building materials, the revenue remained stable at € 667 mio, according to reports. Lagerhaus has performed better in the DIY and garden sectors as well as in the building materials trade compared to the industry average in Austria, according to the RWA.
