Kingfisher makes a solid increase

The British Group achieved an almost five per cent increase in the second quarter

Kingfisher completed its second quarter (end: 11 July 2015) of the fiscal year, with a sales increase of 4.8 per cent compared to the same period last year. The like for like growth was 3.5 per cent. This means a total growth of 3.7 per cent and 2.1 per cent on the same area for the first half-year. The individual figures furthermore show that the two sales divisions’ growth rates in the biggest market in France remain behind B&Q in Great Britain:
