The German cooperation’s foreign business is gaining in importance

The international business is becoming more important for the German specialist retail cooperation Hagebau – franchisor of the DIY store distribution chain Hagebaumarkt. The internationalisation is of major relevance for the future success of the cooperation, said Hartmut Richter the chairman of the board, at the shareholders’ meeting in Vienna. In the meantime, the corporate group already operates in seven European countries. Last year the international share of revenue accounted for eleven per cent.
