On a global country comparison, the South Koreans (59 per cent), the Chinese (54 percent) and the Turkish (53 per cent) compare prices the most with the aid of their mobile phones. While consumers in the Ukraine (11 per cent), South Africa (15 per cent) and India (17 per cent) compare the least.
The Mexicans and Chinese in particular, regularly take photos of products in store that they may possibly buy. They both head the list of countries with 49 per cent each, closely followed by Turkey (47 per cent).
Seen in a direct country comparison, the Mexican, Polish and Turkish consumers are particularly keen to get the advice of friends and families before making a purchase and use their mobile phones in store the most, with 55, 53 and 52 per cent respectively.
