Leroy Merlin – simply the best

Leroy Merlin is rated by consumers as the best DIY chain in France, Italy and Spain. Customers are particularly impressed by the service and atmosphere in stores belonging to the chain, which is part of the French retailer Groupe Adeo. These were the findings of the European Home Improvement Monitor of market research company USP, which also looked at the criteria of accessibility, price and quality. The runners-up in the survey were Castorama (Kingfisher) in France, Brico OK in Italy and Aki – also part of Groupe Adeo – in Spain.
A general observation by the market researchers was that Italian customers gave better ratings on the whole than respondents in France and Spain. In particular, service was rated much better in Italy than in the other countries.
