Craig Menear is the first since Bernie Marcus to hold all top positions

The new CEO and president of Home Depot, Craig Menear, has now also been appointed chairman by the board of directors. He will succeed the previous CEO Frank Blake in this position too on 2 February 2015. Menear is the first Home Depot boss since the founder Bernie Marcus to occupy these positions at the same time.
