Congress programme now complete

The programme for the 3rd Global DIY Summit 2015 in London in June has now been firmed up. It has been announced that Petri Kokko, sales director for Retail Google, who appeared at the 2014 summit in Madrid, Jill H. Puleri, vice-president Global Industry Leader at IBM, and Didier Mamma, vice-president Big Data Sales EMEA of SAP, will be special guests at the event.
Prominent speakers from the industry include Sergio Giroldi, CEO of Obi, John Gillam, CEO of Bunnings, Enrique Gundermann, CEO of Sodimac, Hartmut Jenner, CEO of Kärcher, John Lundgren, CEO of Stanley Black & Decker, and Henning von Boxberg, president of Robert Bosch Power Tools. Other speakers featuring at the summit are from APT, GS1, Cleveland Research, Javelin Group, Ignitiate, Euromonitor and Info-Line.“Retail revolution – the future of home improvement” is the title of the summit. The programme of presentations is categorised into four main topics: the store of the future; big data – smart data; innovation DIY 4.0; home improvement around the world.The summit takes place on 11 and 12 June 2015 in London. A store tour of London on the preceding day, 10 June, completes the programme.
