Hornbach at top of rankings in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
The German DIY retailer Hornbach receives the best customer reviews amongst DIY retailers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The Dutch market research company USP Marketing queried the criteria of accessibility, fair pricing, quality, service and shopping environment. On average, Hornbach came first in all three countries.
In general, the customers in all three countries of the so–called DACH region, were equally pleased with the performance of the DIY retailers. The average scores range from 7.1 points, on a ten-point scale, to 7.6 in Germany and 7.9 in Switzerland.
