The management of the British home improvement chain Wickes still sees potential for around 60 new stores in Great Britain. Upgrades to pilot stores in the existing store network are envisaged for the coming year, with reorganisation of the store portfolio set to take place from 2016 to 2019. This was the picture that emerged from a briefing by parent company Travis Perkins, in which a target size of the retail area of each store was put at around 2 500 to 3 000 m².
