Takeover of DGN Group

The Dutch retail group Euretco has acquired the DGN Group. DGN has the DIY store chain Hubo and the franchise chains Multimate and Fixet with 266 stores in all. Euretco claims to be the biggest retail organisation in the Netherlands, with operations in the areas of fashion, home décor, sport, media and now also DIY. Including the DGN stores, the group has around 3 250 outlets and annual sales of approximately € 2.5 bn.
