Baumax has a new head of sales

The new head of international sales at the Austrian DIY operator Baumax, is Heiko Leiner (51). This newly created position includes the operative sales management not only for Central and Eastern Europe but also for Austria.Until the end of 2012, Leiner was head of sales at the German trading company Globus, which also operates DIY stores, for twelve years. Before that, he was CEO at Bauhaus Süd and worked at Conrad Elektronik, where he was responsible, in particular for the expansion in Austria.
