Board member responsible for operating business steps down

Frank Brunner (45), executive board member at Hornbach-Baumarkt-AG with responsibility for managing the operations of the DIY and garden centre chain, resigned from the company at the end of October 2014. Brunner had been a board member since 1 March 2012. Responsibility for the “Operating Stores, Sales and Services” division has been transferred in the interim to board chairman Steffen Hornbach.
