Satisfied Tendence visitors

Tendence ended with higher satisfaction rates from both exhibitors and visitors, however the number of visitors and exhibitors has dropped by six per cent. 35 000 visitors from 88 countries attended the four day event from 30 August to 2 September 2014 in Frankfurt. There were also 1 211 exhibitors from 51 countries who occupied a gross exhibition space of 98 720 m² (minus 3.6 per cent).
The top ten visiting nations were Germany followed by Switzerland, Austria, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, China, Poland, Great Britain and Spain. As in previous years every fifth visitor came from abroad. Double-digit increases were also recorded for example from Greece, Great Britain, Poland and Spain. The number of visitors from the major Asian consumer markets – China, India and Japan – has increased compared to 2013.This year Frankfurt welcomed fewer visitors from Belgium, the Netherlands and Austria. Visitor satisfaction however has risen from four to 90 per cent.
