Kingfisher is now in Germany

The British Kingfisher Group has taken the first step in its expansion programme to Germany. The first four German stores opened up in the middle of August in Dreieich, Offenbach, Hanau and Koblenz, aimed at serving both the needs of hobby and professional craftsmen with its small area sales concept Screwfix. At the same time a large Internet shop was launched online. The stores offer around 9 000 products including leading brand names. The sales area is relatively small but has a large stock area.
