Home Depot growth rates increase

Home Depot finished the second quarter (end: 3 August 2014) with a significant sales increase. The world leader in the DIY trade sector increased revenues by 5.7 per cent to USD 23.811 bn compared to the same period for the previous year. On a like-for-like basis the increase amounts to a total of 5.8 per cent and in the domestic market USA, 6.4 per cent. For the first half year, sales amounted to USD 43.498 bn; that’s 4.4 per cent more than in the same period for the previous financial year.
