The trade fair organiser Bilbao Exhibition Centre emphasises that they will continue to work with the hardware and home improvement forums. Furthermore they will be presenting a new concept for group participation to the association of European manufacturers; with the main focus being on a large and well-equipped stand to be used as a meeting point. The DIY and home improvement sectors will also be involved in the supporting programme, for example with technical training courses on construction and renovation. Moreover there will be a garden for live demonstrations in the “Home” area.
The new segmentation of Ferroforma as well as the installation of two areas with the title “Industry” and “Home” should ensure that the trade fair has a clear layout. The industrial side of the event can thus be reinforced with displays of industrial supplies such as hand and portable power tools, locksmithery, woodworking machinery, protective equipment, construction materials and some new sectors including industrial maintenance, logistics, transport and handling and supply products for the automotive industry. The „Home“ area will include domestic locksmithery, drugstore goods, decoration, lighting and small electrical accessories, bathrooms and plumbing, household goods, garden, wooden furniture, hardware, textile products and automotive DIY products.
