The German builders’ merchant and DIY store group Hagebau has marked its 50th anniversary with a significant rise in sales. From January to May 2014 the 364 speciality and retail partners of Hagebau invoiced goods and services to the value of € 2.6 bn via the central office. The building materials business achieved growth of 12.8 per cent, while the timber trade grew by 17.2 per cent.
