Best Customer Experience 2014 awarded at the Nordic E-Commerce Summit

The online shop of Swedish retailer Clas Ohlson has received the award for Best Customer Experience 2014. The award was presented at the Nordic E-Commerce Summit in Stockholm. It was encouraging to see that “a traditional offline retailer goes so well together with e-commerce,” said Louise Ahokas from the organiser Nordic E-Commerce Knowledge. The award was judged on the basis of a mystery shopper survey of 100 Nordic websites.
