Plus three per cent for Lagerhaus cooperative

Last year the Austrian DIY stores and garden centres belonging to the 86 Lagerhaus cooperatives made a turnover of € 569 mio on all ranges of goods and have thus achieved a sales growth of 3.1 per cent. In the building materials sector the cooperatives experienced a decline in sales by 4.1 per cent to € 701 mio. The Raiffeisen Ware Austria (RWA) group, affiliated with the Lagerhaus cooperatives has increased its sales in the DIY and garden sector by 5.4 per cent to € 202.1 mio. This mainly concerns the sales sectors of the wholesale, franchise and central warehouse business. The building materials sector has increased by nine per cent to € 30.7 mio.
